Welcome to my Sonic World's Delta Guide! This guide will cover thing's like jump trail's or adding grinding... So let's get started!
Things you will need:
Clickteam Fusion 2.5 (It needs to be the full version! the free version has a limit on objects (i think its 50) but world's has THOUSANDS)
Basic knowledge of how to use Clickteam Fusion (i recommend following the tutorials that come with the program... then when your done follow Lake Fepard's old Sonic World's guide here. Do not download anything there! for this series you will need the latest version!)

and last but not least for trails you will need these files.
Let's Get Started!
First thing you need to do is open Clickteam Fusion. Then double click this frame.
from there right click on the gray background and click insert object (just a little to big for this post you can find the picture here)
then click on Active (also to big... you can find the picture here)
from there open the image editor by double clicking on the active you made, then clicking the folder icon in the top left. (WAY TO BIG FOR THIS PAGE, you can find the picture here)
then find where you unzipped the textures and choose your texture yellow is for shadow, there are more blue's then yellow because i have modern sonic in my game.
click one of the textures then click the open button (also to big, you know the drill... CLICK ME!)
then click the OK button on the bottom right of the image editor
then rename the active by pressing F2 and make sure to name it "Trail"
then click its and find this tab (You already know what it is..... CLICK ME!)
in that window find this icon
then create an Alterable Value with the name "Transparency" click the number zero and change it to 16.
then open the code editor (you will find it at the top of the program in the toolbars)
you will see this
from there create a always line (click the gears and find "Always")
you will then see this.
double click any of the squares next to it to enter it's action's
in the actions create a new action and find your Trail object and then click it then click on effect - compatibility - set semi-transparency, then you will see this pop up
change the zero to this line of code "Transparency( "Trail" )" it should say "Valid expression" then click ok, you should see this
from there exit the action's by clicking the code editor again
from there create another "Always" condition then in the action's of that always create a new action then find your object,
click on "Alterable Values"
, then click on "Add to"
then type 5 and click ok, it should look like this
exit out of the action's of that always then create a new condition find your Trail object and click it then click on alterable values, and click compare to one of the alterable values, this will pop up
click the dropdown for "Choose comparison method", then find and click "Greater or equal", then type 128 and click ok
enter it's action's find your object click on it and then find and click "Destroy"
then create a new condition find "Player_MovementValues"(the octagon with a M on it, there will be 2 find the one without the two in the name) click on it then click on alterable values
, compare to one of the alterable values,
from there this will pop up
where it say's "Choose value" click the dropdown find "Action" and click it from there type 52 and click ok, then enter its action's
in the action's create a new action and find this
click it then click "Create object" then scroll all the way down your Trail Object should be the last one on the list, from there click it and then this will pop up
click the circle next to "Relative to:" then find and click the big green circle
make sure it looks like this
your done! now if you play the game as shadow and boost you should see this (to big..... CLICK ME!)
