This mod adds the voices for every playable character except Eggman (I might update that in the future), but Amy's voice was added as well. Keep in mind the voice mod was originally made for r5, however it does work in r6. To use it, you must use a character mod with it (it's an r6 thing I can't explain it).
As for the sound mod, it was made for R4 but only partially works in R5; R6 is a complete no go however.
