Sonic World Stage Re-Creation Project (Act 2)

This Project aims to put every retro stage into Sonic World Engine to the highest quality possible.
Originally started by OZCrash and the rest of the Sonic World Team, the re-creation project never really gained much steam and was eventually dropped from the official Sonic World website. A handful of stages were made:
Green Hill Zone (Acts 1, 2)
Marble Zone (All 3 acts)
Spring Yard Zone (All 3 acts)
Security Hall (Later ported and enhanced officially by the Sonic World Team)
And Bridge Zone (Act 1)
Many of the stages were of mediocre quality or lower and, according to the rules, every stage had to be remade by hand, not ported.
I am the sole survivor of this nearly deceased and massive project. Can a guy get some help here?
For this "spiritual successor" project, I'm changing the rules slightly:
1. A stage must be of at least passable quality (meaning all above stages are obsolete)
2. 2-Dimensional stages must be converted to 3-Dimensions (that means turns) Think SA2 Green Hill, which was a re-creation of Sonic '91s Green Hill Zone (Act 1)
3. Multi-part stages must be all in one piece. (Cannon's Core, Sonic Adventure stages, Sonic 06 stages, etc.)
4. Ports ARE allowed, but must be the highest of quality (no obviously missing or misaligned geometry, textures, or collisions)
5. Object layouts of high quality and as accurate to the original as possible (Not to say you can't change it, you'll have to in some cases, but at least make it feel like the original level) Think something like the Unleashed Project or the STH2006 project especially, high quality object layouts that feel like the original stage, but have been adapted for the engine they use.
The reason for rules 4 and 5 should be readily apparent: I think we've all played that port of a stage where it doesn't look good, objects are sparse, and the ground (though it looks flat) sends us careening off into space due to the shoddy collision. Or we've played that stage where the creator had no patience when placing objects and simply placed 3,000,000 robots and balloons all over the stage to make it seem less barren than it was. I'm trying to avoid that as much as possible.
All that having been said, I WILL need some help here. If you'd like to help, just pick a stage (I'll put up a list eventually) and tell me which one you'll be working on. Please also let me know whether it'll be a port or a handmade re-creation.
If you'd like to do a stage someone else has already done or is doing, go ahead. The one that's higher quality (by my judgement) will be linked to on this thread.
(Please don't feel bad if your stage gets replaced, I just want it to be high quality.) I'll also be reviewing the stages that are not made by me on my YouTube Channel and posting links to video previews here as well.
